The rules
- Never counted
- A conversation a customer starts. Anyone who writes to you. Your connections, however many.
- A lower plan
- takes nothing away: nobody is removed from a team and no app stops. It only stops new additions until they fit.
- Paying
- Through Stripe, by card. Cancel whenever you like: it stays on until the end of what you paid for, and nothing you use today goes away after.
- A seat
- on a Business or Enterprise team includes everything Pro does.
- An owner
- runs up to 3 organizations on the Free plan at once; those on Business don’t count.
